Phase 1: Diagnosis

1. Before we get on a call I will perform a S.W.O.T analysis.

(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats)

2. During the call, I will present my hypothesis and outline a strategic approach to address and resolve the identified problem.

3. After everything is clear, and well-understood we will formalize an agreement and get to work.
